Hi, I'm Dr. Bill Flynn and I'm glad you've chosen to view my website. I hope you will take it a step further and schedule a free consultation to find out how I can meet your specific needs and desires.

On this page you'll learn about my education at some of the nation's finest hospitals and universities including Harvard University. You will learn about my board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and memberships in such prestigious organizations as the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

It is also important that you realize that the seventeen years of experience I have doing these delicate procedures makes me more qualified to help you fulfill your dreams for a better you.

It all starts with a no obligation consultation. This is where we meet in person and I get to know you. By spending time with you, I am able to find out what your true desires are. This is when we "get on the same page" and discuss in detail exactly what it is you want to accomplish. Once we have a common understanding of what your goals are, together we can begin to design a plan to make these desires a reality.

Does this sound different from what you expected or what you're used to? Well, it shouldn't. I am convinced that a natural result in cosmetic surgery comes from first choosing the right procedure and then performing it in an exceptional manner. There are many, many options and possibilities in cosmetic plastic surgery and not every procedure is right for every individual. You probably have a pretty good idea where your "problem” areas are in your appearance. You may also know exactly how you want to look. But what's the best way to have it done? I like to choose the simplest, most direct way using the fewest and most hidden, finely crafted "access points” (incisions). I'm convinced this results in the most natural look.

What do I mean by "simplest?” Isn't the opposite true? Isn't cosmetic plastic surgery very complex? The answer to this question is that no one wants to look like they have had "complex” surgery, particularly on the face, breasts or visible parts of the body. No one wants the "operated on" look. Even though the most advanced technology is employed, you should look "simply" wonderful.

I believe in using the most modern techniques available in cosmetic plastic surgery today. But how I use these modalities is what is important. My goal in facial surgery is to achieve the appearance of a younger version of you, looking confident and rested. If your breasts are your concern, they should look natural and perky, the size that's right for you. Your abdomen should look flat and smooth with a normal appearing belly button if you have a tummy tuck.

Getting the natural result is dependent upon your surgeon's vision and artistry. By vision I mean, does he visualize or see in you the natural result, much like, for lack of a better analogy, the way the artist sees the finished statue in a block of marble or a completed masterpiece on an empty canvas. Equally importantly, does he envision the same thing you do? I spend time communicating with my patients to make sure we have the same vision. And I'm very specific about it.

For example, perhaps you're not sure if you want a "small C" or "full C" breasts with breast augmentation. Taking time before the day of surgery "trying on" implants is worth every minute of effort spent.

Or, exactly where are your facelift incisions or "access points" going to be? The correct choice as to their locations can ensure your ability to wear your hair in the style or length you choose. Often, as qualified surgeons, we hear from patients who have had improperly placed incisions from surgeons without vision. "My surgeon never told me I couldn't wear a ponytail." Don't let something like this happen to you. Insist on communication with your surgeon. If your surgeon says, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it,’ that is not good enough!

Perhaps your tummy tuck can be performed without a visible scar around your belly button. There are a number of mini-abdominoplasty options that make for a terrific outcome for many patients.

My artistry is what makes my vision a reality. Meticulous craftsmanship with attention to even the smallest detail is my promise to each and every one of my patients. I am honored when an individual puts their trust and confidence in me. I then feel a responsibility and obligation to treat that individual as if they were my own family member. You can be assured that the highest level of talent, integrity, knowledge and compassion goes into each one of our encounters.
